# Can I connect CitaFlow to my CRM or other software?

Yes, if the other software can use one of the routes in Settings → Integrations (only the account owner sees them). There is no direct connection with any specific CRM: CitaFlow handles scheduling, bookings, reminders and AI conversations, and shares the data with your other tools through these routes.

## Webhooks

In “Webhooks” you have CitaFlow automatically send an appointment’s data (customer, service, professional and dates) to another system when an event happens: appointment confirmed or cancelled, or payment events (payment collected or failed, deposit, refund…). The other system, or a tool in between, has to be able to receive that data at a web address.

## API Keys

In “API Keys” you create keys to connect CitaFlow with Zapier, Make or n8n, or with your own development that calls the CitaFlow API. Each key gives full access to your account’s API: treat it like a password and create a separate one for each tool.

## Calendars

In “Calendars”, Google Calendar syncs both ways: your appointments appear in Google and, if you want, Google events block slots in CitaFlow. For Apple Calendar, Outlook or other apps, CitaFlow gives you an iCalendar link to see your appointments there, read-only.

## If the other software offers none of this

If it has no API, no webhooks and no connection with Zapier, Make or n8n, there is no way to sync it automatically: CitaFlow can’t create or change appointments inside it, and the chatbot and the voice receptionist always book in the CitaFlow calendar. That leaves two options: use CitaFlow as your main calendar or move the data by hand. Ask its provider which integration options it offers.

If you want to bring your customers into CitaFlow, you can import them from a CSV file in Clients.
