# Can you set up my account with me in a session?

Yes. With the support session we set up your account with you in 30 minutes, sharing your screen with TeamViewer or a similar tool. It’s a one-time payment.

## What we do in the session

- We set up the account with you.

- If needed, we wait together for the Facebook verification when connecting WhatsApp.

## How to get it

1. In your dashboard, open Chatbot on a computer. You’ll see the “Not a very technical person?” notice with the price.

2. Click “Get a support session” and complete the payment.

3. We email you within 24 hours to set a day and time.

## If you don’t see the notice

- Only people who can manage the account’s billing see it.

- It shows on the computer version, not on mobile.

- If someone in your business clicked “Don’t show again”, it stops showing for everyone. It also disappears once you’ve bought the session.

If you don’t see it and want the session, write to us from Settings → Support.
