# Why doesn't my booking link open my booking page?

Updated October 26, 2026 1 min read

It depends on what you see when you open it: your full website, “Page not found” or the CitaFlow website. Each case has its own fix.

**Your full website opens instead of a booking-only page**

Your website uses the “Full website” version, with all its sections. If you want the link to lead to a single page focused on booking:

1. Go to **Website → General**.

2. In “Your page version”, choose “Booking landing” and click “Use this version”.

If you want customers to arrive with a service already chosen, use “Copy booking link” on that service, in **My Business → Resources & Services**.

**“Page not found” shows up**

Your website is turned off. In **Website → General**, turn on the “Active” switch next to “Business Information”. If essential details are missing it won’t turn on, and the panel tells you what is missing. Once it is active, it can take up to a minute to show.

**The CitaFlow website opens**

The link is missing the last part with your business address. Copy it again from **Website → General**: under “Links by channel” you have a version for each place where you publish it.
