# Can I start with just the WhatsApp chatbot and add AI voice later?

Yes. The “AI Chat module” and the “AI Voice module” are optional and independent: you can take only chat now and add voice later.

## What you need for WhatsApp

- There is no WhatsApp-only module: the WhatsApp chatbot is part of the “AI Chat module”, which also answers on Telegram and on your website widget.

- WhatsApp appointment notifications (confirmation, reminder and cancellation) don’t need the chatbot: they are included in the base license. If you use them and have a lot of appointments per month, a supplement is added based on the number of appointments.

## How to add voice later

On a subscription that is already active, the “AI Voice module” is added with us, because your number has to be verified with the regulator before it can be charged. In Settings → Billing & Credits → “Manage subscription”, the configurator explains this and gives you the contact.

If you are still on the free trial, you can pick both modules at once when you subscribe.
