Setup

# Can I keep using another booking platform and sync it with CitaFlow?

Updated October 26, 2026 1 min read

Yes, if the other platform can connect through a calendar, an API or an automation tool. In Settings → Integrations you have these options:

- **Google Calendar.** If the other platform writes its bookings to a Google Calendar, connect it with “Connect Calendar” and assign it in the “Google → CitaFlow (events block time slots)” direction. Those bookings take up their slot in your CitaFlow calendar. With “CitaFlow → Google (appointments show up in Google)”, your CitaFlow appointments show up in that calendar.

- **“API Keys”.** With an API key you can connect Zapier, Make, n8n or your own development to create appointments and clients in CitaFlow from the other platform, if it also connects to those tools.

- **“Webhooks”.** They send an appointment’s data to another system as soon as it is confirmed or cancelled, or when there is a payment.

An event coming in from Google only brings its title and time: for the client to get a reminder, the event has to include their phone or email.

If the other platform offers none of these connections, it can’t be synced: you will have to copy bookings by hand or use CitaFlow as your main calendar. Either way, decide which one will be your main calendar so you don’t manage availability in two places.
