Getting started

# What does the CitaFlow free trial include?

Updated October 26, 2026 1 min read

The free trial lasts 7 days, doesn’t ask for a card and lets you use CitaFlow with your own business before subscribing.

## What you can use

- The calendar, your services and hours, and your booking page. The page works for anyone with the link, but it doesn’t show up on Google until you subscribe to a plan.

- The AI chatbot: you can connect it to your WhatsApp, to Telegram or to your website widget and see how it answers your clients.

- The demos: with “Try demos” you test the chatbot and the voice receptionist as if you were a client.

## What it doesn’t include

- The AI voice receptionist answering your calls: it is turned on when you subscribe to the “AI Voice module”.

- WhatsApp and SMS appointment notifications to your clients: during the 7-day trial only email ones go out.

## Extra days

- Connecting a channel or creating your first real appointment adds 7 days to your trial, once. In the side menu you’ll see it as “Connect a channel: +7 days”.

- If you need more time, the last-day email and the trial-ended email include an “Extend 7 days” button, which you can use once.

## When it ends

To continue, choose your plan in Settings → Billing & Credits → “Upgrade Plan”. If you subscribe with a bit more than two days of trial left, you keep those days: the first charge lands on the day the trial would have ended. If you don’t subscribe, nothing is charged and everything you set up stays saved.
