# How do I reduce the number of notifications I receive?

Updated October 26, 2026 1 min read

Choose which alerts you get and through which channel in “My Business” → “Notifications”. Nothing applies until you click “Save Changes”.

## Appointment alerts by email and Telegram

- Under “Email and Telegram alerts about:”, untick what you don’t need: “New appointments”, “Appointment changes” or “Appointment deletions”.

- If you prefer a single message a day, keep “Daily appointment summary” and choose its time and content.

- Turn off “Appointments your team creates from the panel” so we only alert you about what customers do on their own (web, chat, phone or management link). It applies to email, Telegram and push; the daily summary does not change.

- You can also turn off a whole channel with its switch: “Email Notifications” or the Telegram one, which turns off without unlinking it.

## Push and chat alerts

- Under “Incoming chat messages”, choose “Only when they need your attention” instead of “All messages”, or “Never”.

- With “Quiet hours” you get no push alerts during the window you choose, in your business’s time. If you turn on “Urgent alerts always come through”, alerts that need your attention still reach you.
