Does the base plan include AI? How many conversations does the chatbot include?

No. The base license does not include AI conversations: it covers the calendar, the booking page, the client CRM and email reminders. The chatbot and the voice receptionist are separate modules added on top of the base.

How the “AI Chat module” works

  • It comes in tiers and each tier includes a number of conversations per month. There is also a pay-as-you-go option, with no conversations included, where you pay for each conversation.
  • If you go over what’s included, each extra conversation is billed separately. You can set an “Overage budget” in Settings → Billing & Credits: once it runs out, the assistant pauses until the next cycle.
  • Conversations are counted, not messages.

During the free trial

During the trial the chatbot is open: you can connect it to your WhatsApp and see how it answers before choosing a tier.
