What we get asked
How is Studio different from the CitaFlow SaaS?
The SaaS is a standard product with fixed plans. Studio is custom development: we design and build something specific for your case. Many clients use both: the SaaS as a base and Studio for the flows that need to be unique.
Can you integrate with the tools I already use?
Yes, it's one of the things we do most. We adapt CitaFlow to your CRM, ERP, calendar, billing or any tool with an API or webhook. No need to rebuild what already works for you, we layer on top so everything talks to each other. If that integration piece is all you need, we can quote just that part.
What's the shortest timeline?
A 1-2 week Sprint is the fastest. Typical MVP projects: 3-5 weeks. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the first contact.
Who owns the data?
You do, always. If you ever stop using the service, we export all the data generated during the time it was running in a standard format. No retention traps, no fine print.
Do I get the source code?
It depends on the project, and we make it crystal clear in the initial proposal before we start. Automations and integrations we build specifically for you are handed over without issues. For projects that sit on top of our proprietary tech (voice AI, scheduling engines, CitaFlow infrastructure) you pay a custom build well below real market rates in exchange for that base staying ours. That's exactly what lets us maintain, update and evolve it for you on an affordable monthly fee.
Do you sign NDAs?
No problem. We sign an NDA before the discovery call if your project needs it.
