Comparison

Booksy vs CitaFlow

Two different approaches. Booksy is management software with a marketplace that helps you get discovered; CitaFlow is your own channel, with an AI receptionist that answers the phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat. First things first

Who is each one for?

Before the table, the question that really decides: is your problem getting known, or making sure none of the people who already know you slip away?

Booksy fits you if…

You want new customers to discover you

You are starting out or want to fill gaps with people who do not know you yet, and you value being listed in a marketplace where consumers already search. Its model (a fee plus Boost per customer acquired) makes sense when acquisition is your priority.

CitaFlow fits you if…

You already have customers and do not want to lose any

Your phone rings while you are busy, people message you on WhatsApp and Instagram at all hours, and no-shows cost you money. You want an AI receptionist that handles all of that on your behalf, collects deposits and fills cancellations, without paying a commission on every booking.

What changes

Why businesses switch to CitaFlow

What you gain when your bookings, your customers and your reviews move to channels you own.

Your reviews, on your Google profile

CitaFlow asks for a review after every appointment and sends it to your Google profile, where it is yours and counts in Search and Maps, even if you change software tomorrow. Reviews on a marketplace live on the marketplace.

Your customers and their data are yours

Your own CRM with each customer's history. Export it from the dashboard whenever you want, and access it through the API too.

No commission per customer acquired or per booking

You pay the license and the modules you switch on. No cut of each new customer and no cut of each booking.

Move over in minutes

Import your customers from a CSV. Or, when you sign up, paste your profile link and the AI brings over your services and prices so all you do is review them.

Frequently asked questions

Does CitaFlow have a marketplace to bring in new customers?

No, and that is deliberate. CitaFlow works on the channels that are already yours: your Google listing, your website, your WhatsApp, your social channels and your phone. If what you need today is a directory that sends you new customers, that is what a marketplace like Booksy offers.

Does CitaFlow charge a commission per booking or per customer?

No. You pay the license and the modules you switch on. Online payments run through Stripe and the card terminal through Teya, with their processor fees; CitaFlow adds no commission of its own.

How do I switch from Booksy to CitaFlow?

Ask Booksy for an export of your customers (their support tells you how) and import them into CitaFlow from a CSV in the dashboard, in a few minutes; if you prefer, we help you with the import. When you sign up, paste your Booksy profile link and the AI brings over your services and prices so all you do is review them.

Do I lose my reviews?

The reviews you have on Booksy stay on Booksy; CitaFlow cannot bring them over. From now on, every customer who comes in gets the review request and leaves it on your Google profile, where it is yours.
