Can I configure the AI chatbot before subscribing to it?
Yes. If you’re on the CitaFlow free trial, the chatbot is already open while the trial lasts and you can set it up without doing anything else. If you already pay for CitaFlow but your plan doesn’t include the chatbot, you can try it free once for 7 days.
How to start the chatbot trial
- Go to Chatbot.
- Press “Try free for 7 days”. No card and no commitment, with full chatbot access for 7 days, one time only.
- We take you straight to the setup wizard to connect your channel.
The 7 days start when you press the button, not before: start it when you have time to work on it.
If you don’t see the button
It doesn’t show if your plan already includes the chatbot, if you’ve already used this trial, or if you don’t have an active subscription. Only a team member with permission to manage the chatbot can start it.
