How do I get a daily summary of new bookings or tomorrow's appointments?
Turn it on in My Business → Notifications, under “Business Notifications”:
- Turn on “Email Notifications” (with your “Email address”), “Telegram Notifications” (connected with “Link Telegram”) or both. The summary arrives on the channels you have on.
- Under “Email and Telegram alerts about:”, turn on “Daily appointment summary”.
- Pick the time in “Send summary at”. It is your business’s time.
- Under “Summary content”, choose:
- “Next day’s appointments”: the evening before, tomorrow’s agenda with each customer’s details.
- “Appointments booked today”: every day, the appointments that entered your agenda since the last summary (website, chat, phone, dashboard…), whatever day they are for. If nothing came in, nothing is sent.
- “Both”: both in a single message.
- Click “Save Changes”.
If you also want it as a push notification on your phone or browser, turn it on in “Push: choose what interrupts you”, under “Business activity”.
