How do I subscribe to a plan, monthly or annual, and how do I pay?

You subscribe from your panel, after creating your free trial account, and pay through Stripe, the payments gateway.

Steps

  1. Create your trial account on the CitaFlow website.
  2. In the panel, go to Settings → Billing & Credits and click “Upgrade Plan” (or “Choose plan” in the trial notice in the side menu).
  3. In “Build your plan”, choose “Monthly” or “Annual” and add what you need: the “AI Chat module”, the “AI Voice module”, the custom domain or the Team Pack. You see the total before paying.
  4. Click “Get my plan” and complete the payment on the Stripe screen.

Monthly or annual

The billing cycle is chosen when you subscribe and can’t be changed from the panel later: if you want to move from monthly to annual, or the other way round, write to us and we’ll adjust it. Annual billing works out cheaper than monthly.

If you are still on the trial

If you subscribe with a bit more than two days of trial left, you keep those days: the first charge lands on the day the trial would have ended.

After subscribing

In Billing & Credits, “Open billing portal” lets you download invoices and change your payment method, and “Manage subscription” lets you change modules.
