How do I show a service as "From" or "On request" instead of a fixed price?
With each service’s “Price type” setting: you choose whether it shows a set amount, a minimum or no figure at all.
How to set it up
- Go to “My Business” → “Resources & Services” → “Services” and edit the service.
- Under “Price type”, choose:
- “Fixed price”: your usual amount.
- “From (minimum price)”: you type the minimum and every channel shows it as “From …”.
- “On request”: you don’t type any figure and that label is shown.
- Save.
Where it shows
The label appears on your website, the widget, the chatbot, the voice assistant and the notifications to the client.
How “On request” works
The client can still book and nothing is charged at booking time. You set the amount afterwards, when you charge it in “Payments”. If you want to explain why there is no price, put it in the service description.
Important
Don’t use 0 to mean the price will be decided later: with “Fixed price”, a 0 shows as “Free”. Use “On request” instead.
