What languages is CitaFlow available in?

CitaFlow works in Spanish and English.

  • Panel: you can use it in Spanish or English with the language picker. There are no other languages for the panel today.
  • Booking website: in “Website” → “General” you choose the “Default language” (Spanish or English) and you can turn on “Let visitors switch language”.
  • Notifications to your clients: they go out in Spanish or English.
  • Chat and voice assistant: it serves clients in Spanish and English and switches between them depending on how the client speaks. If a client writes to the chat in another language, the assistant replies in that language, but menus, lists of times and confirmations are sent in Spanish or English.
