How do I show whether my prices include tax or not?
In “Settings” → “Business Information”, choose an option under “Tax on prices” and click “Save Changes”.
- “Don’t state it”: no note is added. This is the usual choice.
- “My prices include tax”: “tax incl.” appears next to every price.
- “My prices don’t include tax”: “+ tax” appears next to every price.
Where it shows
On your website, the widget, the appointment link and in what the chatbot and the phone assistant say. It doesn’t show on “On request” or free services.
What doesn’t change
It is only a note next to the price: it doesn’t change any amount, what you charge, or what is recorded in “Payments”.
If you want to clarify something else about the price (for example, that it is per hour), put it in the service name.
