How do I try the AI voice receptionist before activating it?
From your dashboard, in “Try CitaFlow”: you talk to the voice receptionist from your browser, using your microphone, without calling any number.
How to run the test
- Open “Try CitaFlow”. During the free trial it’s in the side menu, under “Try demos”; you can also go straight to admin.citaflow.com/demo.
- Under “Voice AI”, click “Try a call”.
- Choose the business: yours, with the services and hours you’ve already set up, or a sample one.
- Choose the voice. You can listen to each one before deciding.
- Start the call and allow microphone access when your browser asks. Ask for an appointment or about a service or your opening hours, as a customer would.
How many calls you get
Each account has 5 test calls. The screen shows how many you have left.
After trying it
For the receptionist to answer your business’s real calls you need the “AI Voice module” and a phone number. From the same screen you can go and choose your plan.
