Can I use CitaFlow if my business doesn't have a website?
Yes. CitaFlow includes a booking website, so you don’t need your own website to get started.
What the CitaFlow website gives you
In “Website” you set up your booking site: you choose “Full website” or “Booking landing”, give it your look in “Appearance” and, once you turn it on, your clients book from your link and the appointments go into your calendar. In “Links by channel” that link is ready to copy for Google, Instagram, WhatsApp or a QR code.
If we ask for a link when verifying your business
At the “Where do your customers find you?” step, your Google Maps listing or your Instagram profile is enough: you don’t need a website. If your business is new and has none of these yet, choose “My business is new and has no online presence yet”, tell us about it in a couple of sentences and someone from the team will get in touch with you.
If you get your own website later
You can link to your CitaFlow website from it or embed the calendar with the booking widget, in “Website”, “Widget” mode.
