How do I embed the CitaFlow booking calendar on my website?

With the booking widget: you generate an iframe code in CitaFlow and paste it into your website.

Steps

  1. Go to “Website” and, under “What you’re configuring”, switch from “Website” to “Widget”. Open the “Widget” tab.
  2. Turn on “Activate embedded widget”. If it is off, the widget doesn’t show even if the code is already pasted.
  3. Under “Widget type”, choose the format: “Weekly calendar” (the default), “Monthly calendar”, “Service catalog”, “Catalog by category” or “Compact list”.
  4. Adjust the size and the look.
  5. Copy the full “Iframe code” and paste it into your website’s HTML, or send it to whoever manages your site.

To use different formats on different pages, copy one type’s code, switch type and copy the next one.

Requirements

  • Your CitaFlow website must be published: otherwise the widget loads empty.
  • You must have saved your business details in “General”: without them no code is generated.
  • If you change the type or the size, copy and paste the code again. Colors, template and font from “Appearance” update on their own.

Limiting where it loads

If you add your domain under “Allowed domains”, only that domain (and its subdomains) can load the widget. With the list empty, it loads on any website.
