How do I disconnect my WhatsApp number from CitaFlow?

Go to Chatbot → Channels → WhatsApp and, under “Connected Accounts”, press “Disconnect”. The assistant stops replying on that number.

What happens when you disconnect

• Conversations are kept in your history.
• WhatsApp contacts are removed (they are recreated if you reconnect).
• The number is freed up to use on another platform.
• If your appointment notifications were going out from your number, they switch to the CitaFlow number.

If you connected your existing WhatsApp Business app, the app keeps working on your phone as usual. To also remove the link from the app: Settings → Account → Business platform → Disconnect account.

If, when you disconnect, the panel warns that the subscription on Meta could not be removed, remove the connection from Meta Business Manager.

If you only want to pause the assistant

You don’t need to disconnect:

• “AI assistant on this number”, on the same screen, pauses it for all your customers. Messages keep landing in Conversations.
• In Chatbot → Conversations, “Pause bot” in a conversation’s three-dot menu pauses it for that contact only.
• With “Pause bot on manual reply” (Chatbot → Settings), the bot pauses itself for any contact you reply to yourself.
