Important: this opt-out only affects marketing communications. If you have upcoming appointments with the business, you will still receive appointment reminders and confirmations because they are part of the service (transactional notifications). To have your information deleted entirely, contact the business directly or write to us at privacy [arroba] citaflow [punto] com .

Enter the email address or phone number where you normally receive the communications. Your request will apply to all CitaFlow businesses that use that contact detail.

Legal framework

Your right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes is recognized in Art. 21.2 GDPR (and, in the United Kingdom, in the equivalent provision of the UK GDPR together with the PECR rules on direct marketing). Objecting is free of charge, requires no justification, and takes effect immediately.

This page implements that objection directly: your request is recorded in our consent audit trail (GDPR Art. 7.1) and blocks any future marketing communication addressed to the contact detail you provide.

Equivalent channels

• WhatsApp: send STOP or BAJA to the business's number, or use WhatsApp's option to stop receiving marketing messages (Meta notifies us automatically).
