Two pages print: fronts and backs. Print double-sided, flipping on the long edge, at 100% scale (actual size) so they line up. No duplex printer? Print page one, turn the sheet over, feed it back in and print page two.
The last stamp on the card is the reward.

Tips for a punch card that works
- A reward people want. Something your customers already buy (the next visit, an extra service) motivates more than a small discount.
- Clear rules on the card. When a stamp is given, whether it expires and whether it is personal. That avoids arguments at the counter.
- Give a head start. Stamping the first box the day you hand it out makes customers feel they are already on their way.
- Offer it to everyone. Hand it over at checkout, not only to those who ask, and keep a stack next to the stamp.
- Log what you redeem. A notebook with the name and date of each reward tells you whether the program pays off.
Paper card or digital visit history
A paper punch card is cheap and sits in the customer’s wallet, but it gets lost and cannot tell you who has stopped coming. The best setup pairs it with a record of visits: you see who returns regularly and who could use a nudge to book again.
The stamps in their wallet, the history in yours
CitaFlow keeps every customer’s visits in their profile, and the “Suggest the next visit” automation messages them after a completed visit to invite them to book the next one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a punch card?
A punch card (or stamp card) is a business-card-sized loyalty card that you stamp or punch on every visit or purchase. When the customer fills it, they get the reward you chose: a free visit, a discount or an extra. It is easy to understand and gives customers a reason to come back to you rather than someone else.
How many stamps should my punch card have?
It depends on how often your customers come back. If they visit often, you can use more boxes; if they come only a few times a year, use fewer so the reward does not feel too far away. A card that takes forever to fill gets forgotten. Here you can choose between 5 and 12 stamps, and the last one is always the reward.
How do I print the front and back?
Click “Print / Save PDF”: you get two pages, one with 10 fronts and one with 10 backs, positioned to line up. Print double-sided, flipping on the long edge, at 100% scale. If your printer cannot print on both sides, print page one, turn the sheet over, feed it back in and print page two.
What size and paper should I use?
On Letter paper the cards are 3.5 × 2 in; on A4 they are 85 × 55 mm. Use thick, matte card stock: it lasts longer in a wallet and stamp ink does not smudge. Cut along the crop marks at the edges of the sheet.
How do I stop customers faking stamps?
Use your own rubber stamp or a shaped hole punch instead of a pen, and add your initials or the date next to each stamp if you like. On the dark designs, the stamp boxes are white so the ink shows clearly.
Can I add my logo and brand colors?
Yes. Upload your logo (it never leaves your browser), choose the accent color and the stamp shape: circle, star or an icon such as scissors, coffee cup, leaf, wrench or heart. The reward, title and terms are all editable.
