Why can’t I log in or why does my trial account appear locked?

1 min read

If your trial account suddenly stops opening, appears locked, or certain actions stop working, a common cause is that the trial period has expired or the access needs to be reactivated.

Common signs

You may notice one or more of these symptoms:

  • You can no longer log in even though you could before.
  • Some sections appear locked.
  • A screen or form stops loading properly.
  • The system looks “empty” or features appear disabled during the trial.

What to do first

  1. Refresh the page or log out and back in.
  2. Make sure you are using the correct email address.
  3. If the issue started suddenly after several days of use, check whether the trial is still active.
  4. If needed, ask support to reactivate your access.

If the issue is your password

Sometimes it is not the trial itself, but your login credentials. In that case:

  • Use the reset password option.
  • Wait for the recovery email.
  • Set a new password and try again.

If your login email was recently changed

If your access was moved to a different email address recently:

  • Make sure you are logging in with the new email, not the old one.
  • Reset the password from the new email if you are unsure.

Important

During a trial, it is normal for some premium features, external verifications, or add-ons to still be pending activation. But if you cannot continue setting up your account, the most likely issue is the trial status or your credentials.

If you still cannot log in after reactivation or password reset, send a screenshot of the error to support so they can confirm whether it is a session, expiration, or permissions issue.
