Will I lose my number when porting?
No. Number portability is mandated by the CRTC. Your number belongs to you and you can take it to any carrier, including CitaFlow.
How long does porting take?
Simple Ports (single line) take 1-2 business days. Complex Ports (Hunt Groups, ISDN, multi-line) can take 5-10 business days.
What if I have a contract?
Business landline contracts (3-5 years) may have steep Early Termination Fees. Consumer mobile fees are capped by the Wireless Code. You can try CitaFlow with call forwarding first.
I use a reseller (TekSavvy, etc.). Can I port?
Yes, but check your bill for the underlying carrier (usually Bell or Rogers). The port request must reference the correct network provider.
