Business Hours Configuration

Define your business hours correctly so customers can book appointments only during available times, both online and through the AI phone assistant.

Configure Weekly Schedule

Access settings

Go to Settings > Hours in the sidebar menu.

Select working days

Mark the days of the week your business is open.

Define hours per day

For each day, set opening and closing times.

Add breaks

If you close for lunch, add a second time block.

Save changes

Hours will be applied immediately to all bookings.

Types of Schedules

Continuous schedule

Open without interruptions throughout the day.

Example:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00

Split schedule

With a break for lunch or rest.

Example:
Morning: 09:00 - 14:00
Afternoon: 16:00 - 20:00

Flexible schedule

Different each day of the week.

Example:
M-W-F: 09:00 - 18:00
T-Th: 10:00 - 20:00
Sat: 09:00 - 14:00

Holidays and Exceptions

Manage special days:

Closed days

Mark holidays or vacation days when you don't serve.

Individual schedules: Each professional can have their own schedule, different from the general business hours.

Update in advance

Include sufficient time between appointments for staff breaks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have different summer and winter hours?

Yes, you can schedule seasonal hours with start and end dates. The system will automatically change when the date arrives.

What happens to appointments if I change the hours?

Already scheduled appointments are maintained. Only new bookings are affected. If you need to cancel existing appointments, the system will notify you.

Does the AI respect configured hours?

Yes, the voice assistant will only offer appointments within the available hours you've configured, including holidays and exceptions.

Can I allow bookings outside business hours?

You can enable "special bookings" that require manual approval for times outside your regular hours. Useful for VIP clients.
