Setting up CitaFlow's voice system consists of 3 main steps that you'll complete after upgrading to a voice plan:
1️⃣ Service Account Creation
A dedicated Twilio subaccount is automatically created for your business. This happens right after you upgrade your plan.

To comply with Spanish regulations, you need to verify your identity:

Once verification is approved, you can choose your number:
- New number: Select from available numbers (instant activation)
- Port your number: Keep your current number (5-7 business days)

Steps to begin:
- Upgrade to a voice plan (Voice Go or Voice Pro)
- On the success page, click "Create Service Account"
- You'll be redirected to the verification process
- Complete the form with your information
- Upload the required documents
- Wait for approval (you'll receive an email)
- Once approved, select or port your number
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is verification necessary?
Spanish and European regulations require identity verification of the holder before assigning phone numbers. This prevents fraud and misuse of telephone services.
How long does approval take?
For self-employed and companies: typically 24-48 business hours.
Weekends and holidays may extend these times.
Can I port my current number?
Yes, you can keep your current number. The porting process takes 5-7 business days and is managed automatically. During this time, your current number will continue to work normally until the port is complete.
What documents are valid as proof of address?
Valid documents include: utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet), bank statement, rental contract, property deed. The document must clearly show your name/business name and address, and be less than 3 months old.
